SENSE MY NEED FOR GOD
I know by my conscience and I know in my heart that every good thing that I see and do makes me more aware that I am not a truly good person.  The Bible says “every one has fallen short of God’s perfect goodness”.   We are all sinners, and we all need forgiveness.  We cannot be who we’re supposed to be apart from God.

SEE THAT JESUS MADE A WAY FOR ME TO BE FORGIVEN
Jesus said “I am the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to God except through me.”  The Bible tells us that Jesus Christ died for us while we were still sinners, while we were enemies of God.  Jesus Christ died to pay the price for our sins.  God raised Jesus from the dead to prove the power of that promise of forgiveness.

STOP LIVING LIKE I'M UN-LOVED
The Bible says ‘Repent and turn to God that your sins may be wiped away’.  Repent means to stop living like I don’t belong to anyone, that I don’t matter and to start living for God,  the Father in Heaven who made me and loves me.  Draw near to God and be accepted and loved by Him.

SAY "I WANT A NEW START"
Being a Christian isn’t about saying or doing “all the right things” . . . it’s about The Most Important Thing: Having Jesus Christ living in the middle of your heart and life.   The Bible says ‘If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.’
If you sense your need for God's forgiveness, see your need for Jesus Christ, want to stop living like you're unloved, then you can pray this prayer and know that Jesus will come into your heart and life  and that you will belong to Him.

"Dear Lord Jesus,  I know I am a sinner,  I know I need your forgiveness.
I believe You died for my sins.
I want to stop and  turn away from my sins and have you come in to my heart and life.
I declare that  You are the One who saves and forgives me.
Thank You for saving me and loving me.   Amen."
